Despite not being able to hold Remembrance assemblies this year, Lenzie Academy still found time to show their respect and remember those who put themselves forward giving the ultimate sacrifice so that we could have the freedom that we have today.

A video created by staff members and narrated by S5 pupils, Ethan and Katie, was sent to the teachers to show to their class explaining why we should reflect and remember at this time.  It was played just prior to the minutes silence at 11.00am on 11 November 2020.

Earlier this week pupils from our captaincy team laid a wreath at the memorial near Lenzie train station.
