You can make contact with the school office by telephone or email and your details will be passed to your child's guidance teacher or year head who will then contact you in due course.  Please do not turn up at the school without prior notice as staff may have other commitments and cannot respond to you immediately.

In the first instance ask your child to contact their Guidance Teacher, failing that they should contact Mr Farquhar – Depute Head Teacher.

Pupils requiring to leave the school for doctors, dentists or similar reasons must phone the school, bring a note or appointment card prior to the appointment to the lower office, who will arrange leave of absence. These visits should be kept to a minimum and, if possible, outwith school time.   

If it is an emergency appointment or unplanned appointment please phone the school as soon as possible and follow-up with a note to the lower office on the pupil's return if possible.  Pupils should sign out/in for appointments in the folders kept in the lower office.
