I cannot wait to promote the school values and vison working with the S6 team to make a positive impact, encourage acceptance and inclusion, as well as being approachable within the school. I am excited to create a strong sense of community through house events and activities to help give pupils a strong sense of identity and belonging. This will also reinforce the importance of tolerance as we work together. I believe that school should be a place where everyone feels supported and valued and I will be working closely with pupils to ensure that their views and wants are considered. I will be working hard to make sure that extracurricular activities are promoted, as well as wider achievement to make sure that every young person leaves Lenzie Academy as a compassionate, determined and strong individual.

This year I am excited to promote the school community, taking pride in coming together. Working with my team we will become positive role models demonstrating our school values. Encouraging ambition, I will motivate pupils to strive to become the best they can be. This year I am eager to help and support as many pupils as possible to accomplish a wider achievement award developing their personal growth both in and out of school. I strongly believe that everyone should have the opportunity to express their opinions, be heard and see their impact. By successfully running events, fundraisers and pupil lead focus groups we can create a positive environment where every pupil feels listened too, valued and included.
