Career Education Programme Resources

Skills Development Scotland has developed an eight week career education programme for secondary pupils and school leavers. The programme provides ready-made resources to support the delivery of career education until the end of the school year.  Weeks six to eight resources are now available, including:

  • Lesson plans for teachers and learning resources for pupils
  • A mixture of hands-on and online activities to support independent learning
  • Supplementary elective activities

All lessons are linked to the Career Education Standard and Career Management Skills.

The resources are year-group specific, covering S1 right through to S6 and also school leavers.

Resources for weeks 6-8 of the programme are available to download now.
